Aesir Electric

We couldn't find this company.
So we built it.

Aesir Electric is a residential electrical company serving Bozeman, Belgrade, and the Gallatin Valley.

Origin & Mission Statement

I’ve spent years in this trade as an employee. I had to. It’s the inevitable pipeline. I kept seeing the same thing: work done to the minimum required, and a homeowner trusting it was done right.

There is tremendous trust when someone lets us into their home. They trust we know what we’re doing, and that we have the integrity to execute in their best interest. The cultures I worked inside always felt like an accident, never something built on purpose.

I came out of the Navy conditioned to the opposite. A team that genuinely relied on one another, where the standard was understood and everyone held it. I never found that again as a civilian. So I made a vow to build it.

Part of that was wanting to own the outcome, to be responsible for my own success or failure instead of handing it to someone else. Punching a timecard never sat right with me. And part of it was something quieter I’ve carried for as long as I can remember: a pull to build something worth being proud of, and worth the pride of the people who’d help build it with me.

Aesir Electric came out of all of it.

It runs on one conviction. There are homeowners in this valley who want a higher level of service than anyone has offered them, and many don’t know it exists, because no one has shown them. True service goes far beyond the transaction. It’s someone who arrives genuinely curious about them and their home. Who does the work to a standard that serves them not only now, but for years after the van pulls away.

Electrical work is just the vessel. The trade is how the service gets delivered. The relationship, the standard, and the guarantee are the real product.

That’s the company we’re building, and it’s built to grow. A team held to the same standard, the same care, the same respect for the home they’re working in. The name on the van means the same thing whether I’m the one at your door or someone we’ve trained to carry it.

core values

  1. What’s hidden is built like what shows.
The terminations, the wire you’ll never look at, the connections that close up inside the wall — done with the same care as everything on the surface.
  2. We work as your advisor, not just your contractor.
Whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea where to start, you get our honest read and real options laid out in plain terms.
  3. Every option earns its place.
The most economical option is still one we’d put our name on. Anything above it is real, relevant work worth considering — never padding. You decide how far to take it.
  4. We leave it better than we found it.
We work clean, we’re careful with what’s yours, and we respect that people live here — whether anyone’s watching or not.
  5. Backed for life. Not a perk — just the standard.
If something ever isn’t right, we come back and fix it — for as long as you own the home, and it carries to the next owner if you sell.

Who We Serve

We know exactly who we build for — and who we don’t.

We’re candidly not the right fit if what matters most is:

  • The lowest possible number
  • A verbal estimate and a handshake over everything in writing
  • Just wanting the problem gone, without much concern for how it’s done

None of those are wrong things to want. They’re just not what we do — and we’d rather respect your time and say so up front than have you find out later.

Aesir is built for homeowners who:

  • Value how the work is done as much as the result
  • Want an electrician who knows their home, not a stranger every visit
  • Expect to be kept in the loop before, during, and after the job
  • Take care of their home and want the people working in it to do the same

If that’s how you see your home, you’ve found your electrician.

DWIGHT ROWLAND

Owner/Operator

I spent 6 years in the Navy as an Aircrewman on helicopters. After my contract ended, I needed to find a career path. If you would have asked me then, I never would have guessed being an Electrician is where I would end up, let alone owning a business. Service has always seemed to be the common denominator in my professional decisions, so I suppose this makes sense! I sat down, identified a line of work this country was in deficit of and that aligned with my capabilities, and then started down this path. I’ve found that my niche in this industry is service work, not construction. I enjoy the technical side, but more than that, I enjoy the customers I meet and the stories they tell. As far as being a business owner, the ability to create a culture of excellence where the team actually enjoys going to work and is aligned in a common mission….just multiplies the fulfillment. I will die someday and it’s my goal to positively impact as many people as I can before that time comes. Even though AE’s entire operation is all done by me alone right now you’ll notice I use “we” and “us” language quite a bit, that’s my visionary brain. Give me some time and it will be more than manifesting!
